 Our Licensed Professional Counselors are here for you to provide therapy and as a resource in your community for mental and emotional health and wellbeing. We want to help you by listening and offering empathy and support. If you are having health issues, mental health, or relationship problems we can help you through therapy services. Therapy is confidential. Talking with a trained professional, you, your child, or family may be able to resolve problems that have been causing difficulty in your life as well as to manage any chronic issues that may be a part of life. We also offer mental health evaluations in some situations where they are needed and helpful. 

Part of therapy is collaborating on a plan with goals that are measurable, deciding on therapy that works for you, and then monitoring progress. There are a variety of therapies that may be used as part of your plan. At this practice we use a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Identify the core beliefs that may be holding you back from your true self and fulfilling relationships. Get to the root of the problems and heal!  We look at family dynamics, relationships, and many other factors to gain understand through a full evaluation of what the problems are that bring you to therapy. We have training and experience with Couples Therapy, Trauma-focused therapies, Play Therapy, and Substance Abuse, for example. We offer Canine Assisted therapy. In doing your own work on yourself, do you know you have a right to be as healthy as you want, no matter what your family does or doesn't do? Do you know you can love anyway? Do you deeply know and believe that you are loveable? As part of our therapy services we can also offer some health and fitness coaching and exercise programs in taking a holistic approach to your mental health. Research shows that exercise and living a healthy lifestyle increases self confidence and improves the mood also for people living with mental health issues. There are many tools that can help you to heal and improve your physical and mental wellbeing! I emphasize focus on helping people to have good loving relationships and increasing love in life.
