Fees
We take a variety of insurances and work with programs, including:
-Florida Blue. - Tri-Care. -Cigna -AvMed -Magellan -Aetna
-various EAP programs
- Beacon - Vocational Rehabilitation - Gardiner Scholarship
-AND Other Unlisted
We also provide mental health evaluations for a variety of situations and for the courts on a contract. The flat fee is $160.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis on a sliding scale. Feel free to call for a free 10 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit and I can help. Counseling typically is once a week
for about 2-3 months but may last longer. It may also include the option of 2-3 spot calls a week lasting about 5 minutes in length and e-mails. For more information or to discuss fees please

Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
